By using getdoorwide.com ("Doorwide") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What Doorwide does
Doorwide checks a public web page for accessibility problems using Google Lighthouse through the Google PageSpeed Insights service, and explains the results in plain English. It also runs a waitlist for planned paid plans.
3. Not legal advice, no compliance guarantee
Automated tools can detect only part of the accessibility barriers on a website. A good score does not mean a page is accessible, and Doorwide does not certify compliance with the ADA, the European Accessibility Act, WCAG or any other law or standard.
Reports are for information only. They are not legal advice. For legal questions, speak to a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
4. Using Doorwide fairly
You agree not to:
- scan pages that are not publicly accessible or that you are not allowed to access
- send automated or excessive requests, or try to disrupt or overload the service
- copy, resell or frame Doorwide as your own product
- use reports to send misleading or threatening claims to website owners
5. Third party services
Scans depend on Google PageSpeed Insights. If that service is slow, limited or unavailable, scans may fail. Your use of it is also subject to Google's terms.
6. Early access and paid plans
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. Features and prices shown for paid plans may change before launch.
If you subscribe to a paid plan during early access, we will keep your launch price for as long as your subscription stays active without a break. Paid plans will come with their own billing, cancellation and refund terms, which we will show you before you pay.
7. Fix Kit purchases and refunds
The Doorwide Fix Kit is a digital guide sold for a one time price. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so its checkout terms also apply to your payment, taxes and receipt.
- Delivery. You get a download link right after payment, on screen and by email.
- Licence. You may use the kit for websites you own or manage, and share it with your own staff and developers. Please don't resell it or post it publicly.
- 14 day money back guarantee. If the kit isn't useful to you, email hello@getdoorwide.com or reply to your receipt within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
8. Ownership
The Doorwide name, logo, site design and written content belong to us. The reports you generate are yours to use, share and pass to your developer freely.
9. No warranty
Doorwide is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Doorwide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes and ending access
We may update these terms or change, pause or stop the service. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. We may block use that breaks these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live requires otherwise.
